In addition, a significant chunk of the house has been undermined, and the entire property is now perched precariously on a precipitous slope, making it a potential death trap.

A video that was uploaded to Twitter and shared by a user captured two ladders that are used on a regular basis to assist tenants in moving in and out of the home.

On social media, a discussion has been ignited by the video, and some users have expressed concern that the scenario could become hazardous.

The fact that the owner of the property cannot be identified is, nonetheless, a recognised fact.

The video has received a lot of attention from people who use social media, and many of those people are upset with the owner for building on a waterway.
