First time in the annals of the constituency, an Alhaji Hudu administration will establish an educational and skill development fund for youth development. Under this arrangement, constituents with extraordinary skills and abilities will be awarded complete scholarships.

An Alhaji Hudu Mogtari's administration will be responsive to the water, health, and community infrastructure requirements of the populace.

Alhaji Hudu Mogtari's administration will reflect the desires of the people because he is a servant-leader. He will solicit the opinions of youth groups, opinion leaders, and community leaders in order to inform his parliamentary duties.
