Week 26 of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League: Kotoku Royals at Legon Cities

Kotoku Royals and Legon Cities, two teams that are in danger of relegation, will play each other on matchday 26 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

The Royals, who are currently in danger of being demoted due to recent underwhelming performances, will host Kotoku Royals at the El-Wak stadium.

To avoid the drop on Sunday, they will need to defeat a team that is also in danger of being demoted.

In their last five games, Maxwell Konadu's team has only managed to win once, losing twice, and drew twice. After 25 games, they now have 28 points and are in the relegation zone.

The Accra-based club will attempt to upset John Eduafo's squad in order to turn around a 3-2 league loss to Goldstars.

After losing to Dreams FC by a razor-thin margin last weekend, Legon Cities was eliminated from the FA Cup tournament and will now focus their emphasis on the Ghanaian premier division.

The Oda-based team, who are still in the running to avoid relegation, will approach the match carefully in an effort to produce a favorable outcome.

In their last five games, they have two victories, two losses, and one tie.

After 25 games, the Premier League newcomers are last in the standings with 21 points.

In the eagerly awaited encounter, Bashiru Duada will be at the heart of events.
