The attorney stated on Joy FM's Super Morning Show that improper parking is the reason for the vehicle's impoundment. Therefore, he contends that it would be inappropriate for a police officer to impound a vehicle for lack of a license. "Failure to produce a license does not result in vehicle impoundment, and we will not permit that."
