Alpha Hour Pastor Under Siege From Bongo Ideas After Offering Surfaces Online

A picture of money purported to be an offering belonging to Pastor Agyemang Elvis, the leader of Alpha Hour, a virtual prayer room for most Christians

The picture of several denominations of Ghana Cedis with three counting machines to help in counting has caused a massive stir on social media.

The money which is reported to have been proceeds from the Cross Over Service held at the Elwak Sports Stadium on 31st December 2022 by Pastor Agyemang Elvis has since generated varied reactions among netizens.

Whilst some are accusing Pastor Agyemang Elvis of cashing in by hiding behind the cloak, others have come to his rescue describing the donations as voluntary.

Characteristically, leading the charge against the man of God is Albert Nat Hyde popularly known as Bongo Ideas, who describes the action as extortion in disguise.

"This is how that Alpha Hour guy is hiding behind the cloak of spirituality to extort money from his audience. He even has 3 counting machines. Helebaba helebaba dey pay pass galamsey", Bongo Ideas wrote on his Facebook handle.
