Afabla Ayine Castro misses out on NDC Deputy Youth Organizer position.

Deputy Tein coordinator for Upper East region, Mr Afabla Ayine Castro who contested for the position of a Deputy Youth Organizer of the Navrongo central Constituency lost out at the just ended constituency elections which was held on 22nd of October 2022.

In a statement issued on his social media pages after the election, Mr. Ayine expressed gratitude to all who supported him and the party elders in the constituency for allowing him to learn something new through this contest.

“Sorry We Didn't Make It, The Delegates Have Decided Otherwise. Let's Forge On. The Most Important thing is We Are One Party. The Victory Of NDC is Coming Again!!! Congratulations To My Brother, Albin Asirabotenga. Am Ready anytime to work for the Party in whatever capacity the youth wing deems fit.

He therefore, indicated that he had texted his brother and friend for emerging victorious and expressed his willingness to support the party win back power from the NPP government.

“I have texted my brother Albin to congratulate him on his victory at the just-ended constituency elections. This is a victory for the party and I look forward to working with him to rescue Ghana from the elephant party” he added.

The opposition National Democratic Congress went to the polls to elect their constituency executives as part of their restructuring process toward election 2024.
