Do not sideline musicians from your constituency - The Ghetto Gospelist cautions MP.

Versatile Ghanaian artiste Joseph Boateng popular known as The Ghetto Gospelist has pen down an open letter to his member of parliament Hon. Dakoa Newman, not to sideline musicians within her constituency when putting out events.

The strong advocate from Bubuashie Creative Art Association, touched on the need for musicians to be factored into preparations of activities that takes place within her constituency, making it as her contribution for supporting creatives within OKAI KOI SOUTH.

In a Facebook post, he touched on the yet to commission Astroturf that is scheduled for April 8,2023 at the Awudome Cluster of Schools, a big platform that will expose a lot of talents and creatives for which musicians shouldn’t be left out in the chain.

See post made below;

Dear Hon Member of Parliament for Okai Koi south Constituency Hon Dakoa Newman I say a very big Congratulations to your self for the hard work done so far within the period of two years since voted into Power🦾🔥

Sure some people like us have seen and recognized the love you have for our dear footballers within the constituency which is great.Hence building of Astro Turf field yet to be Commissioned coming Saturday on the 8th of April 2023 at the Awudome Cluster of Schools.

Hopefully we will be seeing various footballers representing their various areas come showcase their talents through football games. And on an occasion like this Music consuming won’t definitely be left out. Therefore I think Musicians within the Constituency shouldn’t also be left out as well.

I will be very happy and so grateful to see some of our own Musicians within the Constituency being invited to grace such a great Occasion with some Music performances as well.

Having musicians on such occasion of yours in the constituency will definitely extend your love and supports for the musicians within the Constituency as well. Not forgetting Exposure is in very important to every art.

Gatherings such like this brings a lots of people together. The riches,investors and some business men/women within the constituency. And No body knows where and when he/she might meet his/her destiny helper. So I humbly suggest giving some Musicians within your constituency exposure on such events like this won’t be a bad idea at all.

I hope and pray this little suggestion and plea from a poor ghetto boy like me will get to you in good faith and be accepted. Thank you very much and keep up the hard work. So far,so good #ObaaNo #NkaBomNeNkosuo
