Panka Art Studio sucessfully held it`s maiden art exhibition dubbed ''MAGE21''

Panka art studio, a multidisciplinary art firm in the upper east region has held its maiden art exhibition dubbed ''My Art Gallery Exhibition'' MAGE21.

The event gathered thousands of art lovers within and outside the region with dozen of art work at display at Blue sky hotel, Bolgatanga.

The exhibition was organised by Panka art studio under the auspices of the ministry of art and tourism and was graced by key cultural and artistic figures.

Panka Abubakar, founder of panka art studio expressed his delight in the massive turn up and thanked all stakeholders for making it possible for him.

''Today we celebrated the success of an innovative and pioneering artistic experience that blended historical and heritage art with modern and contemporary art. This has always been my wish and am grateful we are here'' he said

Many art lovers who spoke to us after the event, called on the art ministry to support events as such to help preserve our our rich heritage. Some were optimistic that, this continue to be a yearly event since its the best avenue to preserve our heritage.
