A Video Of A Rational Nurse Who Hanged Himself Over An Unpaid Allowance

Paul Dodzi, a rotational nurse in his early 20s, allegedly committed suicide because the government owed him unpaid allowances.

Paul, a service employee at the Church of God Hospital in Esieninpong, in the Ejisu Municipality, was discovered hanged at Asankragua, in the Asanti Akim Municipality, in an unfinished building.

His coworkers reportedly realized he had been missing from work before learning on Thursday that he had been discovered dead.

According to information obtained from a source, Paul has recently complained about his service allowance, which has been paid for a number of months.

An intimate coworker of the deceased said that life had become intolerable for him, and that occasionally he had to rely on others for survival while even fighting to provide for himself.

The coworker questioned whether the government was waiting for them to commit suicide while caring for patients or, better yet, disregarding the patients who arrive at hospitals seeking medical attention and are left to die.

Rotational nurses reportedly have not received their salary for the past 11 months, and they have not gotten a response from the administration.
