Black Sherif Celebrates His ATOY VGMA 24 With Residents Of Konogo

In order to commemorate winning "Artist of the Year" at this year's Vodafone Ghana Music Awards [VGMA], rapper Black Sherif has made a historic way to his hometown of Konongo in the Ashanti Region.

Before the win, Black Sherif had promised to celebrate with friends, family, and supporters if he won the 24th annual Ghana Music Awards' overall "Artiste of the Year" award.

The entire township gave its celebrity, the man who has been making waves in Ghana and the rest of the globe through music, a huge welcome when they arrived home. They flocked to the streets to greet him.

The well-known rapper paid a visit to Nana Abedimesa, the Chief of Konongo, as part of the celebration's events.
