Christian Council Elects New Chairman

The Christian Council of Ghana (CCG) has elected the presiding bishop of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church (A.M.E Zion Church), Rt Rev Dr Hilliad Dela Dogbe.

Dr. Dogbe was elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) conducted on April 19, 2023 at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana's headquarters in Accra.

Dr. Dogbe succeeds Rt. Rev. Prof. Joseph Obri Yeboah Mante, who served for two years as chairman.

In a statement dated April 26, 2023, Rev. Dr. Cyril G.K. Fayose, the General Secretary of CCG, made this announcement.
