Classic Text Messages All F-Men Send

So, you believe you have discovered a decent man. You have discovered someone who appears to be unique, one who does not play games with attractive women. Here is the examination, then.

If the person you are texting uses any of the following classic f*** boy lines, now is your opportunity to flee.

1) "I want to take you for a ride in my car."

You can probably guess why an f-boy desires to drive with you alone. He is not showing you his new air fragrance. Men like these want to ensnare you. In this particular situation, there is no way out. You are entirely susceptible to their schemes, which is precisely how they want you.

2) "I'm not like the other guys."

Not only is this boy attempting to be Regina George's mother from Mean Girls, but the fact that he needs to inform you of this indicates that he is just like other men. When someone is genuinely good, they do not need to demonstrate it. This is their attempt to convince you that they are a decent person.

3) "What are you doing right now?"

If a man sends you this, he's anticipating your excitement. He desires to hear that you are engaging in provocative behaviour that will arouse him (as if you aren't sitting on the couch consuming chips while crying to The Notebook). Keep an eye out for this notification. When a man sends it, he is thinking about you in a negative manner.

4) "I'm no good for you."

Finally! The f-boy makes a valid point. He is not a suitable match for you, but don't get too excited. This is not him acknowledging his faults; it is a ploy to get you to compliment him. They want your pity in order for you to feel some sympathy for them. The ultimate objective is for you to tell the man how great he is, boosting his ego and subtly altering your perspective. I mean, how could he possibly be bad? He simply has issues.

5) "This isn't my first time at the rodeo."

I'm not sure why males believe that this is attractive to women. This shouts, "Take note of me! I've linked up with numerous other women!" I believe that, on some level, it is intended to degrade you. For them, you are just one of many, a trophy to be collected, a conquest.

6) "Don't tell anyone."

The familiar silence. These guys do not want their private affairs to be made public. If others knew about you, they would miss out on a number of potential relationships. Therefore, it is not because he is "extremely private and emotional." This demonstrates his desire to keep you a secret. Don't let him! He should be so proud to call you his that he cannot contain himself from telling others.

7) "I'm not a relationship kind of guy."

This is certainly my least beloved. The notion that your desires should be ignored because "he's not the relationship type" is preposterous. This is merely a pretext for a label-free relationship. In the absence of the label, he is technically unfettered. You are not technically fiancé and girlfriend, so he can flirt with whoever he pleases.

Now is the time for women to declare their independence from f-boys. You are deserving of affection and respect. Never settle for less than the best.
