Dr. Kwaku Oteng and Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Dr. Kwaku Oteng, a business magnate and multimillionaire, was recorded in a viral video conversing with the Overlord of the Ashanti Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, in the United Kingdom (UK).

The video depicting the Ghanaian businessman in a jovial conversation with the Asantehene has been shared on numerous social media platforms, with many praising Otumfuo for his compassionate gesture towards Dr. Kwaku Oteng, a prominent Ashanti and Ghanaian.

According to reports, Dr. Kwaku Oteng is in attendance as part of a powerful delegation commemorating former President John Agyekum Kufuor at Oxford University.

This is the third time the University has bestowed this honor upon former President Kufuor, who attended Oxford University's Exeter College from 1961 to 1964.
