Galamsey Expose : Prez Akufo-Addo's Cousin Gabby Sues Prof Frimpong Boateng GH¢10 Million For Defamation

Mr. Gabby Asare Otchere Darko has filed a lawsuit against Prof. Frimpong Boateng, the former Environment Minister, for indicting him in a 37-page galamsey report.

Prof. Frimpong Boateng asserted in the aforementioned report that Mr. Okyere Darko's intervention led to the release of a number of Chinese citizens detained for illegal mining.

Prof. Frimpong Boateng also claimed that Mr. Otchere Darko, who is President Akufo-Addo's cousin, called him to allow his client, one Donald Enstuah, and his Imperial Heritage Mining Company to continue operating in the forest when he (Prof. Frimpong Boateng) had a task force ready to stop the company from mining because it lacked the required permits.

Mr. Otchere Darko requests a retraction, an apology, and a permanent injunction prohibiting Prof. Frimpong Boateng from repeating identical or similar defamatory statements against him.
