Harmful foods people eat everyday that are damaging their body

Many people don't realize that some of the most common and delicious meals on the planet might actually be harmful to their health according to an article written by medicalnewstoday. Hence, I will inform you in this post about some of the harmful foods you consume on a regular basis.

1. Ice cream is a staple in your diet and something you eat frequently. While many people, especially youngsters, enjoy an occasional bowl of ice cream, its high sugar content makes it unwise to make this a regular part of your diet. You should strive to reduce how often you eat it and have annual checkups with your doctor according to studies.

2. Noodles are another staple of your diet that may be doing more harm than good. Because the chemical preservatives used in noodles are harmful to human health. It's not very healthy and has little nutrients.

3. Baked goods, because to the saturated fat they contain, can raise your body's cholesterol level and put you at risk for heart problems if you don't reduce your consumption of them according to studies.
