The 200kg woman from Chicago experiences mobility problems and occasionally finds it difficult to get through doors. - Meet the lady with the biggest butt on the entire planet. 

The 33- year- old said: " I receive comments daily, both positive and negative. I used to feel ashamed, but now I hold my head high. The other students at school dubbed me Dump Truck Butt and tormented me, but I had no control over the problem because it is inherited. I formerly worried about what other people would think, but today I want to demonstrate to the world that I am pleased to be me. 

Sarah currently takes part in provocative picture shoots and is proud of her unusual figure. Because of my size, I can never be able to purchase clothes in regular clothing in regular shops I' m ' I can't ever locate clothes in regular shops I can never be able to purchase I need to see a specialist since my top half is a 7XL and my bottom half is a 10XL.
