I'm Undoubtedly The Best Centre Back Who Have Ever Played For Ghana - James Kuuku Dadzie

James Kuuku Dadzie, a former defender for Sekondi Hassacas and Asante Kotoko, claims to be the greatest central defender Ghana has ever produced.

In the 1970s and early 1980s, Kuuku Dadzie was a senior national team member. He was a pivotal member of the 1978 Ghana team that won its third Africa Cup of Nations.

In the finals at Accra Sports Stadium, they defeated Uganda 2-0 to conclude Ghana's second hosting and victory.

Kuuku Dadzie was named to the tournament's all-star team due to his outstanding performance in the competition. He ensured that Ghana maintained three clean sheets in five tournament matches.

In an interview with Kumasi-based Akoma FM, he stated, "During my playing days, there was quality in our play, and we could easily beat you."

"Also, we had gifted athletes; I am Ghana's greatest center-back because I was gifted. Mohammed Polo, Asamoah Gyan, Abedi Pele, and the rest were all gifted athletes, but we haven't seen players of their caliber in our country in recent years.

Kuuku Dadzie played for Sekondi Hasaacas and Asante Kotoko.
