Just In : Court Have Ordered For The Arrest Of Suspect Involved In $7 Million Gold Scam

The Accra Magistrate Court has issued an arrest warrant for Moses Komla Azimey on charges of fraudulent misrepresentation.

According to reports, Mr. Azimey is accused of soliciting funds from a complainant under the guise of providing him with $7,000,000 worth of gold.

However, he failed to fulfill his commitment and subsequently fled into concealment.

Authorities believe the perpetrator was last seen in the Accra suburb of Pantang and is currently hiding in Dome-Pillar 2, Adentan and the surrounding area.

The police have issued a statement urging the public to provide any information they may have on the suspect's location.

The statement also included a number for anyone with pertinent information to call the police or the nearest police station.
