Kotoko Communication's Director Dares Kessben FM In His New Tweet

Nana Yaw's Special Assistant reveals Kotoko has no agreement with Strike.
David Obeng Nyarko, the Communications and Brands Manager for Asante Kotoko, took to Twitter to challenge Kessben FM's sports team to invite the club's CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah, and the management team to appear on their program. Nyarko's remark appears to be a response to Kessben FM's sports team's recent criticisms of the club's current management. The station had previously housed former management personnel.

When Nana Yaw Amponsah was named CEO, Kessben FM and TV were to host his first radio and television interview, but he was unable to attend. Since then, there have been allegations that the sports team has criticized the club's administration on purpose. In fact, Kessben FM and TV were not included in the club's media excursion last season.

Nyarko challenged Kessben FM's sports team in a tweet to invite the CEO and management team to their studios on May 1, 2023, and present evidence and facts to establish who is misleading the public.

We dare @kessbensportsm to request an interview with the CEO and management of @NYA_Kotoko in their studios on Monday, May 1, 2023, or eternally hold their peace

Collect your facts and evidence, and we'll determine who is misleading the public. #Mugamu 🤝

In response to Nyarko's tweet, Kessben Media asserted that their sports program will always be the finest in Ghana and beyond. Nevertheless, the tweet has been removed from their Twitter page.

It remains to be seen if the challenge will be accepted and if the two parties will be able to resolve their differences.
