Kwaku Duah, an independent candidate in the Kumawu by-election, is dissatisfied with the Electoral Commission (EC) for changing his symbol on the ballot to a hoe.
The other independent candidate used a white dove with an olive leaf in its head as a protest to the candidate's choice of a falcon.
On the ballot, the two independent candidates with the same name, Kwaku Duah, are both enveloped in Kente cloth.
The agitated'second' Kwaku Duah explained to Nana Yaw Gyimah of Luv FM that his team had sent two separate bird sketches to the EC to replace the previous symbol.
In spite of his disappointment, he has accepted the EC's decision.
Kwaku Duah disagrees that his campaign has been lackluster.
He claims that other parties transport in supporters from outside the district for rallies and other campaign events.
