Man Ignores Warning Never To Kill Any Living Thing, Kills A Crab In Their House And Dad Dies The Next Day

A Nigerian Twitter user with the handle @tinny_vanilla described how he lost his father after slaying a crab in his compound.

Tinny_ vanilla stated that his father had previously instructed him not to kill any living creature he encounters.

He stated that he normally destroys any crawling creature he encounters because he dislikes them.

According to him, he dispatched a crab that had crawled into their compound late at night, and his father died the following morning.

"My father has always instructed me not to kill any living creature I encounter, but at 11 p.m. on April 8, 2023, I saw a crab walking within the compound, so I killed it." The next morning, my father had already passed away," he said.

Tinny stated that he cannot stop considering how he killed his father and why his father's life was in the crustacean.

Ewai_bekee reacted, "This crab incident and port harcourt people are always true. But why do you always select crab? Why not train them to flee for their small lives?"

Desola__xn responded: "In Yoruba, the crab represents vitality. Once her father instructed her, she should have discovered herself and listened to him, as it is difficult to recognize something and let it go. It can be draining at times, which is why your father perished, but he should have normally been resurrected."

Blossom_bie questioned, "Was your father the crustacean or not? I am not attempting to be insensitive; I simply do not understand."

Northenyoruba responded, "I'm sorry for your loss, but I must read the entire story."

Popsylala remarked, "Have you informed your family?"

Unclemahamz said, "I'm so sorry you'll have to live eternally with this knowledge. Sounds like a huge burden to carry."

Black_shuga10 tweeted: "My grandmother has told me stories about them."

AlvanJenkins stated, "If you're from the south south, there's no reason to doubt this, but there's more to it. Where is the complete story?"

"It was merely a coincidence," remarked Wurld_famous. The crab was not your father, nor was your father the crab.
