NDC Will Only Learn Sense After Losing 2024 Elections - Oppong Peprah

After losing the 2024 election, the NDC will gain common sense, according to Oppong Peprah.

A stalwart member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will only gain common sense after losing the 2024 general elections under the leadership of John Mahama.


He has also advised members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to focus on their own message rather than messages conveyed by Mr. John Mahama on campaign platforms, as doing so will benefit him.

Mr. Oppong Peprah stated on the Wontumi Morning Show, which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, that Mr. Mahama holds the "soul" of the NDC due to the resources he has amassed in his political career.

"When Rawlings left the NDC in 2000, he had absolute control, but when Mahama came in and marshaled forces against him, Asiedu Nketia claimed they had tamed the barking dogs," he said.

Mr. Mahama has acquired control within the NDC by default. As he emphasized, Mr. Oppong Peprah stated, "he went from partial control to absolute control."

"As vice president, he had access to so many resources before becoming president. He has established himself as an influential member of the NDC," he added.
