NPP Is Better Than Any Party - Dr. Konadu Apraku

Dr. Kofi Konadu Apraku, one of the presidential candidates for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), asserts that no other political party is preferable to the NPP.

Therefore, he urged the electorate of the Kumawu Constituency to maintain their confidence in the NPP and vote for the party in tomorrow's by-election.

This was stated by Dr. Apraku at the NPP's final rally before the election on Tuesday.

The death of Philip Basoah, the constituency's NPP representative, necessitates a by-election.

There are four competitors for the position.

They are Ernest Yaw Anim, the New Patriotic Party candidate, Kwasi Amankwa, the National Democratic Congress candidate, and two candidates with the same name who are independent.

53-year-old Mr. Basoah served in the Fourth Republic's Seventh and Eighth Parliaments.

Dr. Apraku urged voters not to give the NDC a chance so that the NPP may continue its "good work" in the Constituency.

"We have claim to this seat. It has always been for you, so don't give the NDC an opportunity, so we can continue our excellent work for you," he said.

Other party leaders urged voters to have faith in the NPP and vote en masse for its candidate because "this is NPP territory."
