Following Abeiku Santana's attack on the CEO of Pizzaman for having his employees sentenced to five years in prison for stealing twenty crates of chicken wings and two gallons of vegetable cooking oil from the restaurant's warehouse in Kumasi, Ghana, the CEO of Pizzaman has apologized.

During a phone-in interview with Chris Media News, one of Pizzman's marketers claimed that Despite had his employees at Best Point Saving And Loans incarcerated for 20 years for stealing 12 billion old Ghana cedis.
