Info News Ghana has learned that Cynthia Quarcoo, founder and managing partner of CQ Legal & Consulting and Sarkodie's attorney, has passed away.

We do not know the cause of her death as of the time this report was filed.

Since she was the first to establish a specialized entertainment, sports, and media practice within her Ghanaian law firm, her passing is also a significant loss for the entertainment industry.

In a tweet, Tracey confirmed the tragic news with a broken heart emoji and included a photo of Cynthia Quarcoo with Sarkodie and his daughter Titi.
