Mama 'Agradaa' Pat, a Ghanaian self-proclaimed evangelist, has been observed in a new viral video selling Koti-dro Medicine known as Yesu Mogya in her church for men.

Mama Pat effortlessly marketed her new medicine on church property by describing three methods to use her everlasting "Yesu Mogya" to obtain a large Koti.

In a video viewed by occupygh.net, Agradaa can be heard stating that her medicine can cure reduced libido in men, including Koti.
