We Have Encountered Problems With Our Mobile App - ECG To Customers

The Electricity Company of Ghana has asked customers using its app to pay their electricity invoices to be patient.

The company's managing director, speaking to the press on Thursday, May 4 in Accra, acknowledged that the ECG is experiencing internet connectivity issues, but that they will soon be resolved."Our electricity application is still undergoing development.

I must confess that our internet service providers have been causing us some problems, and we are working hard to switch to a better one or add on so that our service becomes dynamic."However, he noted that users can use the app to examine their bills and urged them to continue paying their bills while the company works around the clock to resolve the issues."Now, on the power app, you can view your statement.

We are doing our best to ensure that everyone whose information is in our system receives a monthly estimate of their bill until we can visit your property to deliver your meter," he said.
