As they surveyed the area, the celebrities were observed surrounded by constituents.

Nana Yeboah, Abrobe, and Adanko had previously accompanied Mr. Quayson's campaign trail in support of his bid to retain the seat.

The Kumawood stars assert that the film industry has suffered tremendously under President Akufo-Addo's leadership, necessitating support for Mr. Quayson.

Simultaneously, Ghanaian gospel performers Isaac Kwadwo Ampong and Nicholas Omane Acheampong launched their own campaign for New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate Charles Opoku in churches.

They believe that his election to the House of Representatives under the NPP aegis will result in positive change and advancement for the district.
