Every part of the human body requires proper care and attention; more specifically, the female genitalia requires quality care in order to maintain health and execute its function, which entails intimacy, menstruation, childbirth, and urination. Maintain fidelity and engage in secure sexual activity.

As a result of the increasing prevalence of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), sexually active women are encouraged to use condoms during intimate encounters, undergo regular STI screenings, and maintain a relationship with a single, trusted partner.

Avoid using petroleum ointment as an intimate lubricant.

Using petroleum jelly to address the problem of insufficient or no lubrication during intimacy may inhibit the motility of male reproductive cells, particularly in women attempting to conceive.

It is commonly believed that lubricants comprised of oil, silicone, and water can serve this purpose with minimal or no interference to the motility of the male reproductive cells.

Consume a nutritious and balanced diet.

A healthy diet, similar to practicing good hygiene, can provide the necessary nutrients for overall body health, prevent infections in advance, and help maintain the acidity of the female private region. Protein, cereals, fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cheese (which contain probiotics) are beneficial to vaginal health.

7. Obtain regular examinations from qualified medical professionals.

Regular visits to your reproductive health specialist (gynecologist) can aid in the early diagnosis of any underlying illness and provide you with improved lifestyle options.
