Young Man Commits Suicide After His Girlfriend Dumped Him For A Rich Man

A Ghanaian man in his early 30s committed suicide after his girlfriend deserted him for a significantly wealthier man.

Kwame Peter described in an emotive Whatsapp audio that has since dominated social media trends how he spent his entire savings on Amina and her family, only for her to leave him for another man because he is now bankrupt.

According to the late Kwame Peter, he even moved one of Amina's siblings from the village to the city, enrolled him in a private school, and paid for his tuition.

Kwame Peter, who sounded betrayed and distressed in the Whatsapp audio he sent to Amina before committing suicide, also revealed that he made sure Amina's parents were comfortable by sending them money whenever he had extra cash on him.

In the latter portion of the audio, he hurled indirect obscenities at Amina and her parents for assuring him of their unwavering support and then abandoning him and giving their daughter to another man.
