27-year-old lady beaten mercilessly to death at Buduburam

A 27-year-old woman was beaten to death in Buduburam, which is in the Central Region's Gomoa East District.

Reports say that the dead person, who hasn't been named yet, was beaten to death in a fight at "Gab" in the Liberian camp, which is a popular place for suspected criminals to hide.

It's not clear what started the fight, but she was hurt badly in the ear and had bruises on her face and neck.

Kofi Adjei of Adom News was there and said that the woman was taken to the St. Gregory Hospital, where she died.

In the meantime, police have taken one suspect into custody to help with their investigation.

This is because the chiefs and people of Gomoa have asked again and again for the Liberian Camp to be torn down.

Nana Kojo Essel II, the Chief of Buduburam, was sad that criminals now run the area that used to be peaceful.

So, the chief has asked the government to tear down the hub as soon as possible to save lives and property.
