3-Year-Old Girl Beaten To Death By His Father For This Shocking reason

A 3-year-old girl died after her 25-year-old father beat her badly for going into a neighbor's room.

Godsgift Uweghwerhen, the young father, was taken into custody by the Delta State police in Nigeria. He is now helping the police with their investigations.

The suspect did the heartless crime in the community of Aladja in the state's Udu Local Government Area.

“It was gathered that Uweghwerhen was at home with his family members, alongside their neighbours when he saw his daughter coming out of the room of one of his neighbours.

"Because he didn't like what his daughter had done, Uweghwerhen, who got angry as soon as he saw her, jumped on her and beat her with a cane, hurting her body.

“The three-year-old girl was, however, said to have died as a result of the beating and upon realizing the gravity of his action, fled from the scene.

"The victim's father ran out of luck when vigilantes arrested him in the Ubogo community and turned him over to police in the Ovwian/Aladja Division," reports pulse.ng.

DSP Bright Edafe, who is in charge of public relations for the Delta Police, said that the suspect would be charged in court once the investigation is over.

A man who was thought to be gay was arrested for allegedly killing a 5-year-old boy by raping him.

Sikiru Ajibola, 36, was apprehended by operatives of Nigeria’s Ogun Police Command.

Abimbola Oyeyemi, the state's Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), confirmed the incident and the suspect's arrest.

Ajibola is alleged to have committed the crime in the Ogijo area of the state

Oyeyemi said that Olorunwa Arogbeja, the head of the community development association, had filed a report at the Ogijo divisional headquarters, which led to the suspect being caught.
