30-Year-Old ‘Drinking Master’ Dies In ‘Akpeteshie’ Drinking Competition

Kwadwo Appiah, who was 30 years old, died too soon in a drinking competition that didn't go well.

The young man, who was known as "the drinking master," entered the challenge hoping to win a large amount of money that was not said.

Abdul Malik Anokye from Rainbow Radio said that he could drink Ghc30 worth of "akpeteshie" without blinking an eye. This is where the incident happened.

The people who were there when he made the claim said they didn't believe him, so he asked them to buy the alcohol and bring it to him.

Malik Anokye also said that Ghc30 in "apketeshie" was given to the "drinking master," who drank it like water.

He then started gasping for air and his stomach pushed out. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead as soon as he got there.

In the meantime, the police have started looking into what happened.

People who were there and took part in the incident have also left the area.
