37-Year-Old Man Jailed For Attempting To Hook Up With 14-Year-Old Girl In The UK

Osacpolor Jimoh, a 37-year-old Nigerian man, tried to meet up with a 14-year-old girl in the UK. He was given a prison sentence of 3 years and 9 months because of this.

Reports say that Jimoh went from Scotland to Leeds to meet a girl who had just turned 14 years old.

Back in May 2022, he added the "decoy profile" as a Facebook friend.

After starting a conversation with a girl he thought was 13 years old, he lied about his age and said he was 19. He asked her if she had a boyfriend, told her how beautiful she was, and asked her to date him in secret. Later, they switched from Facebook to WhatsApp to talk.

Jimoh started to ask about her body and her sexual history. He sent her explicit videos of himself, and when she didn't do the same, he got angry.

He kept asking her to send him explicit videos and insisted that she call him "daddy."

After making plans to meet the girl, he was caught and put in jail on October 24, 2022, at the Leeds Rail Station.

After he booked a two-night stay at a hotel, he was found with protection rubbers and lollipops.

Jimoh told the police that he had been chatting with the profile, but that their relationship was like that of a father and a daughter.
