4 Arrested In Bono Region For Stealing Body Parts At The Cemetery; Details Inside

I’m a shocking incident, four individuals have been arrested in the Bono Region after being caught stealing body parts from a cemetery. The incident is believed to be connected to potential ritualistic practices, as the accused were allegedly planning to use the stolen body parts for money rituals.

Ataa Adwoa, the Assemblywoman for the area, expressed her concern about the situation and stated that she has received complaints from the community. According to her, the young men were caught in the act of looting graves on a Sunday evening. Adwoa further mentioned that there have been multiple instances of such activities, causing distress among the residents. In an effort to prevent any calamities, the traditional authorities in the region have performed rituals.

Additionally, it was revealed that the cemetery in question is owned by the Catholic Church, and as a consequence, the culprits were fined Ghc2000, two sheep, and schnapps. It is crucial to address such incidents promptly to safeguard the sanctity of burial grounds and ensure the peace and security of the community.
