49-Year-Old Caught Bathing With Blood In A Community River

Ganiyu Shina, who is 49 years old, was recently arrested in the Kotopo area of Odeda Local Government after he was seen bathing in blood in a community river.

When he was caught in the act, he ran away. Residents gave chase, and they caught him and turned him over to the police.

But when he was being questioned, he said that he had done the ritual to solve a spiritual problem that had been bothering him.

The suspect said that he once went to a herbalist to get help with a spiritual problem. The herbalist then told him that he had to take a bath with blood as part of a ritual in order to fix the problem. He insisted, though, that the blood on his clothes came from a cow and not from a person.

Lanre Bankole, the State Commissioner of Police, talked about the situation and said that he had ordered that the remaining blood be taken to a lab for testing.
