Abeiku Santana has strongly criticized the CEO of Pizzaman, Christian Boakye Yiadom, for the harsh 5-year jail sentence imposed on two of his workers for stealing chicken and vegetables.
The radio presenter expressed his disapproval on Okay Fm, stating that the Pizzaman CEO cannot consider himself a motivational leader for the youth if he allows such severe punishment for theft by his employees.
Santana suggested that a more appropriate approach would have been to deduct the value of the stolen items from the workers' monthly salaries, rather than resorting to legal prosecution and imprisonment. He expressed his deep disappointment in the CEO for choosing such a course of action.
Abeiku Santana's criticism highlights his belief that there are more compassionate and effective ways to address employee misconduct.
