"A Lady I Met on Facebook Led me to 15 Years Imprisonment" - Elvis Narrates

Elvis Amadady is currently serving a 15-year sentence after falling in love with a young woman he met on Facebook.

Elvis claims that after finishing school he found work, moved to Ethiopia and stayed there for a while.

He claims that while in Ethiopia he met a woman on Facebook and the two became friends. Even before they actually met, they started chatting and fell in love.

Elvis was happy to be back in Kenya and to finally meet the love of his life, but little did he know that this would be the beginning of his misery.

Elvis claims that they booked a hotel room where they were to stay for a month before he told his parents about his girlfriend, but he was arrested before he could do so.

He claims that the boy told him he was a polytechnic student while lying to him and that he never questioned her.

The minor's father traced his daughter's mobile phone on the day of his arrest, which allowed the authorities to locate Elvis and his lover and promptly arrest the suspect.

Elvis was sentenced to 15 years in prison after a court hearing. He says it hasn't been easy, but he hasn't given up yet.

Elvis has advised men to always be cautious when meeting women to prevent a similar incident from happening to them. According to Elvis, if at all possible, you should check a woman's birth certificate before starting a relationship.

In a letter to the family of his ex-lover, Elvis asks for forgiveness and confesses that his time in prison cost him his job and his life.
