Patricia Asiedua, also known as 'Mama Pat,' the founder of Heaven Way Church, has entered the spiritual dispute between Archbishop Charles Agyinasare of Perez Chapel International and the traditional council of Nogokpo in the Volta Region. The disagreement arose from the Archbishop describing Nogokpo as the demonic headquarters in the region after his team faced spiritual attacks during a crusade. This led to tensions with the traditional council.
However, Archbishop Agyinasare clarified that he did not intend to insult the people of Nogokpo and explained that his comments were meant to emphasize the principle of divine protection. Despite his clarification, the chiefs and residents of Nogokpo issued a 14-day ultimatum for peace talks, considering his response unsatisfactory.
Mama Pat, however, challenged the traditional religion and expressed her willingness to visit Nogokpo, which provoked the anger of the Nogokpo community. She boldly stated that she would destroy their shrine if they dared to challenge her, emphasizing the power of God.
Despite the negative remarks made about Nogokpo and other powerful shrines, Mama Pat wonders why these formidable entities have not confronted her. She believes that a challenge would demonstrate her true connection to God.
With 11 days left on the ultimatum, Archbishop Charles Agyinasare has encouraged his church members to continue their one-week fasting and prayers, aiming to overcome obstacles and achieve new levels of victory.
In conclusion, Mama Pat's entry into the spiritual dispute adds another dimension to the ongoing conflict between Archbishop Agyinasare and the traditional council of Nogokpo. It remains to be seen how this situation will unfold as the ultimatum deadline approaches, but both sides are emphasizing their spiritual beliefs and seeking divine intervention.
