Akufo-Addo's Use of Ghana's Presidential Jet Puts Debate to Rest - Ablakwa

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the North Tongu Member of Parliament, has stated that the debate regarding the President's use of chartered jets should be put to rest, as President Akufo-Addo returned from his recent trip to the United States on Ghana's Presidential Jet.

Ablakwa had previously criticized the President for traveling on chartered jets, but now believes that the President's decision to use the Presidential Jet proves that the previous use of chartered jets was unnecessary.

President Akufo-Addo had traveled to the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where he reaffirmed Ghana's commitment to fighting terrorism and violent extremism.

He also highlighted the increase in terrorism and violent extremism across Africa, as reported by several sources, and called for the condemnation of all acts of extremism and terrorism.
