Asuma Banda’s Family Calls On Akufo Addo, Mahama To Help Grant Their Brothers Request

Alhaji Asuma Banda's family says that the business tycoon wants to be taken care of in Kintampo.

The man who is in the 37 Military Hospital right now is fighting to stay alive.

Two of his sisters told Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm that the man asked to be taken to Kintampo.

Hajia Shatta Abu Banda and Hajia Meeli Banda told Kwabena Agyapong that even though the court ruled in favor of the business mogul's second wife, he would rather be sent to his family in Kintampo.

Since President Akufo-Addo is a good friend of their brother, they asked him to help.

"We know that the judge ruled in the favor of the second wife. But he is a loved member of our family. We appreciate everything that his two wives have done for him. We won't show them that we're not thankful. Our brother, on the other hand, has asked to go to Kintampo. So, we're asking the president to do something about it."

They also asked former President John Dramani Mahama and the National Chief Imam to do something about it.

The sisters told us that we haven't seen our brother in the last five years, except on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

”We are still appealing to friends, the business community, and all those who know our brother to intervene. The court has ruled, but we are interested in making our brother better.
John Mahama knows my brother so well. Nana Addo was his good friend. I am also appealing to Grema Opare to intervene. The two wives are tired, and we want to take over as his sisters,” Hajia Shatta said.
