COP Kofi Boakye Was A Polling Agent For Mahama In Ashanti Region- Chairman Wontumi

Chairman Wontumi revealed an interesting fact about COP Kofi Boakye's involvement during the 2016 elections. Rather than focusing solely on his police officer duties, Kofi Boakye also took on roles as a "polling agent" and "EC official" for former President John Dramani Mahama, as disclosed by Chairman Wontumi on Wontumi TV.

Due to Kofi Boakye's presence in the Ashanti region, the NDC became excessively confident, believing they could secure 1 million votes there. According to Chairman Wontumi, it seemed as if Kofi Boakye acted as if he were representing John Mahama, which contributed to the NDC's confidence in achieving their ambitious goal.

However, the NPP, armed with "science and data," managed to overcome the plans that Kofi Boakye had coordinated with the NDC for the 2016 election. This information sheds light on the dynamics of that election and the involvement of individuals from different sectors in the political process.
