Cancelo To Bayern Munich: Skills Goals (Video)

Joao Cancelo, a defender for Manchester City, is about to go on loan to Bayern Munich.

The 28-year-loan old's agreement with the German champions contains a €70 million (£61.6 million, $76.3 million) buy option, who have long been fans of Cancelo. He is currently in Munich getting a medical checkup and signing his contract.

Pep Guardiola's first team has lost faith in him after he failed to start any of their last three games across all competitions.

Cancelo, who has appeared in the last two seasons' PFA Premier League Team of the Year, participated in 36 games as City won the championship.
It is unknown why City is now prepared to approve a loan transfer for the Portugal international to Bayern, as Nathan Ake, John Stones, and academy graduate Rico Lewis have all been favored in the full-back slots in recent weeks.
