Before the Group H opener on Thursday, the players looked excited in photos that were shared on social media.

The four-time African champions will play their first game of the tournament on November 24 against Portugal. Four days later, on November 28, they will play South Korea.


On December 2, Uruguay, a big team from South America, and Ghana will play each other again to finish their group games.

The Black Stars want to go further than the quarter-finals and beat their record from 2010.
