The convicted offender, Bright Daniels, had already been serving a prison sentence at Nsawam Prisons when he committed this crime. According to the court proceedings, it was revealed that Daniels had an accomplice in this fraudulent scheme, Livinus Amadianaeze Ugwu, who is also a Nigerian and a former convict. However, Ugwu is currently at large and remains a fugitive from justice, evading arrest.
