Frederick Edem Hotor, better known as Edem, is a prominent Ghanaian rapper who has entered politics by running for Parliament on the ticket of the National Democratic Party (NDC).

In a bid to win a seat in Parliament, Edem has announced that he will contest the next primaries of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

This was revealed in a tweet posted by the Ghanaian Ewe rapper on his verified Twitter account.

Edem claims he will make a major announcement tomorrow that is likely to generate interest in the seat he is contesting.
