Female Doctor Found Dead In Her Room

A friend of a female doctor who worked at a private clinic in the center of Rodi Kopay found her dead at 11 a.m. The friend said that she got suspicious when she saw that the door to the doctor's office was locked from the outside.

When she went inside, she saw the doctor's body in a pool of blood, which made her call the police. Detective Abed Kavoo of the Homa Bay County Police said that the doctor was killed by her boyfriend on Saturday night.

The police officer said that detectives are still looking into what happened, but they think the boyfriend of the dead woman may have done it since he was gone when the body was found. The attacker stabbed the woman in the neck before closing the door behind him.

The officer also said that the victims' necks and faces were badly hurt, which suggested that the dead person had been attacked with a kitchen knife. A bloody kitchen knife was found at the scene as the doctor's body was taken to the Homa Bay County Hospital morgue for an autopsy while police continue their investigation.
