Foolish boy":Fameye explains why he snatched a Legon student's phone

Ghanaian musician, Fameye, recently appeared as a guest on the United Showbiz program, where he shared an unfortunate incident he had with a fan.

He spoke about how some fans of musicians try to invade the privacy of musicians, which is why he doesn't allow anyone to take photos of him because he cannot replicate that expression.

Fameye recounted a time when a Legon student called him a "foolish boy" after he made one or two mistakes while driving in traffic. He apologized, but the student refused to understand, insulted him, and took a video of him.

One of Fameye's team members seized the phone because his face showed clearly in the video while the student insulted him. Fameye later sent the phone to the Legon police station. He explained that he becomes scared when someone cheers him on too much because if someone likes you, that person does small actions and doesn't want to hurt you.

But if you overdo it, that person might be crossing boundaries. Fameye urged people to be themselves and know that not everyone is their friend, and some may be with them but do not love them. He ended by thanking his fans for being real and not being foolish like the fan who insulted him.
