Grace Ashley releases tribute song in memory of Christian Atsu

Ghanaian gospel singer Grace Ashley has dedicated a new song to the memory of the late Ghanaian footballer Christian Astu.

On 6 February 2023, an earthquake that killed thousands of people in Turkey brought Christian Atsu to an untimely end.

Nante Yie, a song that also refers to the late Junior Agogo, was created by Grace's new record label, Seal Records.

It was officially given to Christian Atsu's family before being released.

During their visit to the family, Grace Ashly and his managers also presented them with gifts, including packs of water bottles.

She is best known outside the gospel community for writing the fight songs for Ghana's national football team, the Black Stars.
