Valentine, a middle-aged woman, told how people mistake her husband for her child because he is small and disabled. His bones are very weak and break like glass, so she carries him like a child most of the time.

Valentine says that when she first met her husband Damian, she liked him because people used to tease him and call him animal names, so she became his friend.

As she continued to see him, their friendship grew into something more. When her friends found out she was seeing him, they were very worried and told her to stop because he couldn't give her children, but she didn't listen.

After three years of being married to him and not getting pregnant, people started telling her that he was useless and would never be able to get her pregnant. But in the fourth year she became pregnant and they were blessed with a baby.

Valentine says most people think her husband is her child because he carries him everywhere and his bones are so fragile they break like glass.

She says that even though they go to the hospital most of the time because of his illness, she is very happy to have a husband and a child to care for.

Valentine has asked people to always see disabled people as people, because they don't want to be disabled.
